1. Login to your Bustlerush dashboard.

  2. Click on Buzzes.

  3. Click on “Add new buzz”

  4. On the “Choose buzz task” page, click on “Countdown Quiz Trivia”

  5. This opens a page with form fields to fill. They include:

    Buzz - Information

    1. Image: This is the image of your buzz when created.
    2. Name: This is the name of your buzz. It can be a promotion name or the name of the activity you want users to participate in.
    3. Description: This is where you give a detailed and brief description of your buzz. You can also insert the requirements your participants should fulfill before they can participate in the buzz. Rewards to be won for this buzz can be indicated here.
    4. Scheduled Start Date: In this field, you can decide when your buzz should be live for users to participate.
    5. Participant’s Data Needed: This field section involves the type of data you would like to receive from your participants before they can participate in your buzz. You can add as many questions as you need from your participants, but try not to overwhelm them with too many questions.
      1. Name: In this field, you can ask your participants questions you want them to answer before they can access your buzz, such as an email address, phone number, social media handle, etc.
      2. Type: This includes the type of data you expect from your participants based on the questions asked. E.g: If you are asking a participant to provide an email address, the type expected is in email format.
    6. Lock Buzz: In this field, you decide if you want your buzz to be limited or exposed to a certain number of people or not. To limit the number of participants that can engage in your buzz, you click on “Yes”, while you click on “No” for the latter.
    7. Passcode: When a buzz is locked, a passcode is needed for your participants to access the buzz. You can create a passcode that your exposed participants would have to input before they can participate in your buzz.
    8. Will you be accepting any form of Payment in this Buzz? In this field, you decide if you want your participants to make some payments before they can access and participate in a buzz or not. If you do receive payments, you would have to provide some extra information about your business, to ensure compliance. You can also select what currency(ies) you would like to receive your payments in. At the moment, you can only select between NGN and USD.
    9. Reason for creating this Buzz: In this field, you clearly state your intention for creating the buzz.

    NB: Don’t forget to indicate the rewards to be won (if any) by your participants, in your description in the Buzz Information section.

    Buzz - Task Section

    1. Time Allowed for Quiz (in seconds): Here, you indicate the amount of time (in seconds) it should take your participants to complete the buzz quiz.
    2. Question(s): Here, you input what questions (quiz) you would like your participants to answer, as well as the options they can choose from. The fields in this section include:
      1. Question: Here, the question for the quiz is included.
      2. Option: Here, the options related to the question with the correct answer are included. NB: After adding all options for a given question, you must click on the option with the correct answer. This helps our system track correct answers during participation, with proper ranking on our leaderboard.

    Buzz - Widget Configuration

    In this section, you decide how you want your widget to be customized on your website with the following options:

    1. Tooltip Text on Widget: Here, you can give your widget a persuasive text to engage users or target audiences who are on your website.
    2. Icon on Widget: Here, you can input your business logo or image
  6. Click on “Create Buzz” and your buzz is ready for participation.

  7. After creating the buzz, you can proceed to change the buzz status to "in-progress" (if it was scheduled to start the same day).
